Group of Fellas (Men) who get together every once and again to train.
Bunch of Former College runners who still think we are good. Couple of the guys are some serious runners... the rest of us are just trying to keep up. Sometimes we have a dog or two to join us.
The pace has known to get pretty darn fast every now and then.
Saturday Mornings-- 8 am @ Salem Lake (Winston-Salem, NC)-- usually a group of about 5 to 10 guys will be there.
Tuesdays & Thursdays-- 4 pm @ the Greenway (Jamestown Park, Jamestown, NC)
