Start at Palmetto Park Road and run north on A1A. There is a golf course bathroom and water fountain at .75 miles. At 1.9 miles you will enter Spanish River Park where there are 2 water fountains on the path and several bathrooms nearby. Turn around at Spanish River Road (2.4) and head back south towards Palmetto Park Road. This can easily be made into a 10k run by adding the section of the path between Palmetto Park road south to the draw bridge to Deerfield beach.
Take I-95 to Palmetto Park Road. Drive east towards the ocean. There is parking on the three blocks before you get to A1A.

This is a great run, completely flat and with many ocean view opportunities. As an out-of-towner, I found the run to be very easily located.
