The race is situated along a certified 1-mile loop, in which both individuals and teams complete as many loops as they like during the 24-hour time frame. Competitive running teams, marathon trainees, ultra-runners, tri-athletes, serious distance runners, joggers and health enthusiasts have an opportunity to run any distance during the 24-hour duration. The race is Champion-chip timed, so teams and individuals try to rack up as many miles as they can during the 24 hours. Loops completed is automatically tallied throughout the event. Awards are given to individuals in designated age categories and to teams in male, female and mixed categories.
Other features of the race include a Silent Auction of Haitian Artwork (to benefit Haiti Medical Missions of Memphis, Friday night Pasta Dinner *(5:30-8:30), a Live Auction (7 p.m.), a Saturday morning Pancake Breakfast *(7 - 10:30) and a complimentary Race Wrap-up Party (1 pm - 4 p.m.). All participants receive a goody bag and commemorative race t-shirt.

I240 to Poplar Avenue East; proceed to Kirby Parkway and make a right (South) over the railroad tracks and through the light at Poplar Pike. Make a left at the first street, and proceed east approximately 1 mile on Hickory Crest Drive. The church is on the left.
