GRAND HAVEN STATE PARK
Grand Haven State Park is a 48 acre park with the beautiful sandy shore of Lake Michigan along the west side of the park and the Grand River along the north side of the park. The park consists entirely of beach sand and provides scenic views of Lake Michigan and the Grand Haven pier and lighthouse.
The campground is closed for winter. Information about winter camping opportunities is available on the DNR web site.
Location Grand Haven State Park is in the city limits of Grand Haven. Take US-31 into Grand Haven and follow the "waterfront" signs. Go south at the waterfront to the park entrance.
Directions
US-31 to Franklin St. Head West to Harbor Ave. Left. 1 mile from park entrance. (Park Signage directs path from US-31).
