Situated just west of Lawrence, Clinton Lake's 7 Parks, located on 15,000 acres surrounding 7,000 acres of surface water provide plenty of space for outdoor recreation activities. Camping, sightseeing, boating, hiking, bicycling, picnicking and hunting are just a few of the favorite activities. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers manages five parks, the City of Lawrence manages one park (which includes the Eagle Bend Golf Course), and the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks manages Clinton State Park. A marina concessionaire located in the State Park, provides a full line of marina services. If you wish to camp at Clinton Lake you can make a reservation for the Corps of Engineers Bloomington Park Campgrounds by calling 1-877-444-6777 or through the Internet at www.reserveusa.com (we've provided a link on this page).
