Trailhead at Aspen Meadow Campground with access to Dude?s Fishing Hole.

Located only 30 miles from Denver, Golden Gate Canyon?s hiking trails offer something for everyone. Trails offer a variety of interesting plants and animals residing in mountain meadows, lush aspen groves and pine-covered hills. Gorgeous views of snowcapped Long?s Peak and Mount Evans can be seen from the trails.

Take Highway 93 north from Golden one mile to Golden Gate Canyon Road. Turn left and continue for 13 miles to the park.
